What type of customization services do we provide?
We offer printing, embroidery services and label/relabeling services. There are four type of printing services that we offer:
1) Plastisol (1000pieces & above)
2) Silk-screen
3) Rubber Dye
4) Heat Transfer

| How will I be charged for these services? |
| |
| Printing |
| Charges is applied based on how many colour you choose. If your order is below 300 pieces, film and block charged will be included. |
| |
| Embroidery |
| Prices based on stitch count. If your order is below 300 pieces, charges for design tape will be included. |
| |
| Labeling/Relabeling |
| Charges based on the size of the label. Besides, service charges will also apply. Minimum order for 6000 pieces. |
| |
| What do I need to provide for customization? |
| We require high resolution/quality artwork for imprints. The artwork specifications are as following: |

| Image Format: |
| We accept images in the following format: pdf, ai, jpeg, psd, cdw |
| |
| Image Size & Resolution: |
| Best results are obtained from images that are of high-resolution (300 dpi or greater) or images that are larger than the printing size you requested. Images taken from web sites are not of high-resolution and cannot be reproduced well on a T-shirt. Please do also specify the dimensions and pantone color code. |

| What is the minimum order for customization? |
| Our minimum order is just 50 pieces. However, this varies depending on order. |
| |
| Will I get a sample of the imprint? |
| You will only be provided with a sample if you order 100 pieces and above. However, you will be charged with print block & embroidery tape. |
| |
| Can I buy a sample of your product? |
| You can buy samples of our products but only for ready-made products. However, you will need to return it within a week if you wish to get a refund. |

| ORDERING |

| How do I place my order? |
| Orders can be placed by phone, email (marketing@esping.com.my) and also walk-in to any of our offices. |
| |
| Can I cancel my order? |
| If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before you place a confirmed order. We will make every effort to accommodate this request. No cancellations will be accepted after you have confirmed an order with us. |

| What do we mean by confirmed order? |
| An order is confirmed once you have made the downpayment and issued a purchase order to us. |

| SHIPPING & HANDLING |
| |
| How do we deliver your order? |
| We employ either in-house transportation or courier service to deliver our products to
customers, depending on which is more suitable. |
| |
| Do I pay for the postage? |
| For customers from Klang Valley, transportation is provided free of charge. Transportation charges will be imposed on customers outside this region. |
| |
| Can I pick up my order from your warehouse or store? |
| Yes, it is possible to pick up orders from our warehouse or store. |
| |
| *Customers are responsible for their own custom clearance and taxes |
| |

| PAYMENT |
| |
| What are the payment options available? |
| Cash, cheque or bank-in |
| |
| When do I pay? |
| |
| Custom-made order: |
| For orders within Malaysia, we require 50% downpayment once the order is confirmed and 50% cash on delivery or cheque clearance for orders from Klang Valley. Whereas, for orders from Sarawak and Sabah, we require full payment once order is confirmed.
For international orders, we require full payment via telegraphic transfer (T/T) for orders under MYR5000. For orders above MYR5000, we require a 50% downpayment to start
production, and another 50% before shipping out. Payment needs to be done in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) with Letter of Credit (LC) at sight. |

| Ready-made order: |
| Regardless of international or Malaysian order, we require full payment once orders are
confirmed. |

| RETURNS & EXCHANGES |
| |
| Under what condition can I return my orders/exchange? |
You are only allowed to return your orders if the products are of
1) wrong colour/size
2) faulty
However, once the delivery order is signed, we are not responsible for any damages. As such, no return or exchange can be done. |

| Do I get a refund? |
| Unfortunately, we do not provide a refund. Credit or reversal of charges can be made for your next purchase. |

| AGENCY |

| Can I be your agent? |
Agents are welcomed to join our team. Being an agent, you’re responsible for your own business while Esping will give full support to the production line and meet your needs. We provide:

2. Fabric samples (as requested)
3. Periodic updates on our new offerings
